Your Yoga Therapy session includes a full body assessment for areas of weakness, tension, tightness. We will discuss your goals and create a personalized plan to bring you closer to living your ideal life. Treatment may include various movements, stretches, strengthening exercises, breathing, meditation, and relaxation techniques.
